My laptop had problem, diagnostics only show validation code no error code

My laptop had problem. I cannot run almost anything, when i do blue screen of death happen stop code memory management...so i run boot mode diagnostics all test Pass but i received validation code 72121 without error code... what's this mean? So what i need to do now
