NT Authority blocking access to change parameters in Performance Monitor
Hello,
I hope someone can help me out here, I am stumped big time. I have Dell Inspiron 17 5775 windows 10 (Home Edt)1909 up to date. I have several times in the past went into Performance Monitor, signed in as admin change the parameters for improving the graphics (frame quality, compression, output) never a issue. This time I am faced with the NT Authority window popping up when applying the changes, and no matter what password I enter it denies me access. I even accessed the Admin thru command prompt and even as the Administrator a no go. How do I eliminate that activity? What cause it and how to avoid it. I thought perhaps going into Local Group Policy Editor but then it gets into configuration which is where I get lost at since min. level of experience.
Any help or suggestions ? Thanks

This sounds like a windows issue, you might find some help in the Microsoft forum or one of these windows 10 forums
