Need Customer Number
I order inspiron 15 7572 but i havnt received invoice and to get the invoice n tracking shipment i need customer number which i dont have . In my accounts > customer number : it shows your account dont have any customer number assigned . Can someone help me out . What i need to do to get customer number ?

Generally the customer number is sent to you with the order confirmation email. Have you received that email yet? Sometimes that email may get put into your junk mail folder. Also it is possible that if the order is not yet confirmed, a customer number has not been assigned. I would call Dell sales for your region and inquire about your customer number. They can also provide other details about your order status.

Yes,you should have received the order details on the email address shared while placing the order.
Please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (DCFAdmin) & send a private message with the order details, Owner's name & email address.
