Need to reload the OS
Hello
We got an Inspiron 15 5000, with Windows 10 Home. I need to load it with Windows 10 Enterprise. When I start the load process, there is a warning saying the hard drive is not recognized. Is there a driver or something I need in order to load the OS?

The model number is Inspiron 15 5000. On the underside it also has Reg Model P77F

That's an Inspiron 5580.
Download the Intel Rapid Storage Driver from
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-15-5580-laptop/drivers
Extract the file and copy the contents to your bootable flash drive, and when the F6 prompt appears, drill down to the Windows 10 driver folder. Load the storage driver and the installer will see the drive.

If the system is running in RAID mode (which is generally the default for Dell), you may need the Intel Rapid Storage driver. It will also depend on how old the Enterprise copy you have is.
If you need to know exactly which driver to load, post the full model number (i.e., inspiron 5593, etc.).
