Network Problem: Inspiron 7373 2 in 1

Question

I lost Network Connectivity.  I use an ethernet cable to connect. In the Network Status info screen I get: Name: Ethernet Status: Not Present Name: Bluetooth Network Connection Status: Not Operational I reset the Network Adapter and checked the cable connections. Any ideas? Thanks.

Power down your laptop. Power down your cable modem and router. Wait 1 minute. Turn on just the cable modem. Then turn on the router. Turn on your laptop.

HI   kindly restart pc and run dell diagnostics to check hardware   restart router to reset .   do acccept kudos and acceptance if okay

That worked! I unplugged the wireless router and then it worked (had just unplugged modem before). Thanks!

@gracin  Glad it is working for you again. It is a good idea to do this periodically. I always turn off my cable modem and router every night.
