New Inspiron 15 7570 - Additional SSD - HDD bracket missing
Specs - Inspiron 15 7000 series - 7570
8th gen - i7-8550U , 16GB Ram, 512 GB PCIe M.2 SSD Class40 and Nvidia MX130 4GB GDD5 and 56WHr battery
I need to install an additional SSD to install an OS but HDD bracket is not included.
Another problem with the battery which is 56WHr and it covers 30% of HDD/SSD space photo attached
Need help to install additional SSD. Can we install mSATA SSD but I think it would require a proper connector?

If you can find an equivalent or better M.2-based option, then go for it and get the 860 Evo in M.2 form factor instead. But if not, I don't see mSATA being an issue. Even with an M.2 adapter, you'll only be able to use M.2 SATA SSDs rather than M.2 NVMe SSDs, and M.2 SATA doesn't perform any faster than mSATA. The Samsung 860 Evo is the best SATA-based SSD I'm aware of in any form factor, as I said it's already available in both form factors anyway, so it's not like you'll have better options by going with M.2 SATA. And as long as you have the mSATA to SATA adapter, you'll be able to use that for data recovery purposes if needed by connecting your mSATA SSD through that adapter to another system's SATA port, or optionally through a SATA to USB adapter. If the obsolescence concern is around being able to install this SSD in some future system later, chances are by the time you get a new system you'll want a larger and/or faster NVMe SSD anyway.

The only other device you can have besides the M.2 SSD is a 2.5" drive -- and for that, you'll also need the 3-cell battery (the 4-cell takes the drive space as you noticed).
Best bet: return the system and order one with the smaller capacity battery and the 2.5" drive.

In addition to the answer above, even if you ordered a system with the smaller battery that would allow an additional 2.5" drive to be installed, if you don't actually order the additional drive from Dell, you may not get the necessary bracket and cable. With some models Dell always includes the necessary mounting hardware for empty bays to make it easier to install equipment later, but with other systems they don't include that hardware unless you ordered the system with a spec that actually requires it. I'm not sure how the 7570 works, but if it doesn't include the hardware, you'd have to contact Dell Spare Parts to order it.

It may or may not work - but if you choose that route, I'd go with M.2 rather than mSATA -- mSATA is pretty much obsolete now (meaning if you buy an mSATA drive it'll be essentially useless in any future system).
You'll still have to rig a mounting scheme since that adapter isn't designed for notebooks - be careful that it'll actually fit the slim chassis of the notebook (vs. using it in a desktop system where space isn't an inssue).

Since space is less can we install a msata to sata adapter and install a samsung msata ssd as I believe motherboard has a sata connection free.
Do you think it is doable?

I have been on a couple other forum threads and have been trying to find out what I can do for more memory as well. I bought the Inspiron 7573 Special Edition and the same problem. The 4 cell battery is in the way of the HDD or SSD. I found an mSATA SSD that would work great in the space, it is less than 2 inches long. Is there somewhere I would be able to get the connecting cable for the HDD pin slot to the mSATA SSD? Here is the post from the other thread..... I found a 1Tb mSATA SSD stick in a 1.8 inch form. (there have been some on these threads that have bought the smaller 3cell battery and then installed the 2.5inch SSD in theirs. I would rather find the solution that keeps the 4cell battery and still adds 1Tb or more of memory)

Yep, was able to get it to work. Had to spend some time on the phone with Dell parts group to figure out which interposer cable it was, but they eventually found it. Hooked it all up and running like a charm. The batter life is still pretty decent as well...I got like 4 hours or more the other day...but namely use this as a desktop machine...just occasionally need a few hours, like when on a plane or something, so this will work fine. So now I have a Samsung Evo 970 NVMe 500GB as my primary OS and programs drive and a Crucial 500MX 500GB SSD as my data drive. Excellent setup and fast!
Here's the parts I needed from Dell... a pretty cheap setup for these parts at least:
Battery,Primary,42WHR,3C,Lithium,Samsung Power Division,NEW - $28
Assembly,Cable,HDD,7570/73 (1) - $9.99"
to put a 2.5inch SSD in IS possible and it worked for him.
I hope you see this and you are able to get it working, I would like to keep my 4 cell battery and still install more memory. :)
thanks

A quick update, I've given up on trying to find a cable that will go where an mSATA or 2242 M.2 SSD might be able to be beside the battery. I've ordered a 2Tb PCIe Sabrent Rocket SSD. It is a more expensive route than I wanted to go, but it will give me the internal storage I want and need.
I had one tech say he knew what I needed and it would cost me 150$ for him to install it. I asked him to sell me the cable and I would install it and he said no way. The parts are probably around 10$ for him to build the cable assembly. The Sabrent SSD and enclosure I need to clone runs just over 300$. I will keep the original SATA SSD drive in case there is any kind of warranty issue comes up with the laptop.
