New Laptop - Wrong Keyboard Layout
Anyone has the same experience as I do pls? As received my new Inspiron 14 5000 series laptop yesterday @ 6:00pm. Open the box and see the keyboard is not our familiar QWERT keyboard layout.
What can I do, pls advice?

The keyboard layout may differ depending upon where the system was sold. What layout does it have, and where was it purchased (or, more importantly -- was it purchased from a non-Dell source)?

I purchased from UK Dell official website. And I never seen this keyboard layout before.
