New software 1909 issue, cannot work properly

It was automatically update new software on my pc . After installation when start pc its was too much hang my pc . How to solve this issue . I just buy newly my laptop.  Please solve this problem on new version . I reset my pc many time but cannot solve this issue . I hope can you understand my question . Thank you .
