No Bootable Device Found and Unable OS Recovery

My laptop Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567 unable to boot up due to "no bootable device found"

Had been diagnose and  all hardware looks fine except my battery which I had removed it for long time.

So I think hardware is not an issue.

I try to recover OS using Dell Recovery OS with USB yet system was unable to boot.

Any suggestion can be given to help resolve this matter.
