No Bootable Device Found

Question

All,  I have tried what I believe to be every step within Dell forums and the broad internet.... Nothing seems to work! I am working on gifting an old Dell 15-3567. I performed a system wipe using windows recovery. The system performed its wipe, rebooted etc.  'No Bootable Device Found ' I have performed a diagnostics and no issues were found When Pressing F2 - General - System Information, SATA-0 and SATA-1 visible (assuming drives aere good)  Boot Sequence is EMPTY and Boot List Options are set to UEFI, when adding boot Options FS0 does not have an option to add \EFI\boot\bootX64.efi Reboot computer again, select F12 Only option visible on bullet tree are 'other Options' [BIOS Setup, BIOS Flashupdate, Diagnostics and Change Boot Mode Settings] Missing Legacy and/or UEFI boot options I have tried updating BIOS using USB to 2.12.0 HELP!!!

You now need to load Windows - the wipe does just that (simply completely wipe the drive).
