No Bootable Devices
So my computer froze so I did a hard reset. Afterwards a black screen came up saying no bootable devices found. I ran the diagnostics and everything checked out. The only thing off was that it says "NA" near the words hard drive.
The computer is a Dell Inspiron 7558.
Something else that happened was after I turned it on it started beeping. I counted and it beeped 30 times. I looked up beeped codes and I only saw information for up to 7 or 8 beeps so I have no idea what that means.
Please help. I need this computer for school and cant afford a new one.

The BIOS isn't detecting hard drive. This could means the hard drive has failed. To be sure, I'd suggest you reset BIOS to defaults by following steps in link below.Hopefully this will get the BIOS to detect the hard drive again.

If the hard drive still isn't detected in the BIOS, I suggest reseating the hard drive within the computer to see if it will make any difference. Please select Service Manual in link below and view removing / replacing hard drive.
