Numlock and Print Scr don't work

Hello everyone!

I post here because I have a problem with some keys of my computer. If I'm on Linux or on Windows, I have the same problem: numlock & printscreen keys don't work (and maybe others as well, I don't know)

On Linux I verified if the keys trigger a X event, and no. With showkey or xev it doesn't output anything when I press these keys

I reseted the settings of my BIOS and same problem. My BIOS version is the latest one. I have a Dell G5 15 5587
