OEM Key change after hardware change into Retail Key

I have a Dell Inspiron 5580 laptop, 1 year ago when I bought this laptop, I had a hardware problem that replaced the motherboard and everything has been running ever since, but today I saw that laptop key is checked then it is showing the retail key, where should the OEM key ? And the hardware key that is also getting Windows 8 RTM Professional OEM: DM Show? While the earlier motherboard was having a Windows 10 RTM CoreSingleLanguage OEM: DM
