Morning all!
I have a Dell Inspiron 11 3162 and it was purchased with an English language version of Windows 10. Unfortunately I've had to reinstall Windows - I tried using the OS recovery tool but it only gives me one OS option to download for my Service Tag and it installs in French - it says English is not available as a language for this version when it installs.
When I contacted Dell telephonically they want to charge me ZAR 945 just to give me the correct language OS? I don't think that's fair at all when the unit was purchased with an English version on it. Any suggestions on getting the English version?
