Optane Memory Pinning unable to load DLL

I bought a Dell Inspiron 7390 2n1 in July 2019. It is running Windows Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.657).  It has Intel Optane memory management. Recently, I've begun to get a "memory pinning" error every time I open Windows Explorer. The popup reads, in part, "Unable to load DLL...". I've attached a screen shot of the message I receive.

The popup goes away after about 2 seconds and I can't get any more detail.  Otherwise, my laptop seems to be functioning normally.

I am aware of this thread that appears to document the same problem but I don't see a resolution.  Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

Dell Command|Update and Support/Assist report no driver updates available.

When I run the Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management application from the start menu, it reports that my storage system is running normally.

Can anyone tell me what's going on here? This only recently became a problem and my laptop is still under warranty.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've looked around some more and stumbled on this page from Intel.  I followed the instructions there and the problem seems to have disappeared.  I have no idea if that means the problem is solved.

Evidently the problem was caused by the recent "major" update of Windows 10 that I installed.
