Partition Table error message - DELL Recovery & Restore

Dell Community, I need some help. I'm getting a "Partition Table" error message while installing the DELL Recovery & Restore USB Restore Key on my laptop. I tried reinstalling 3x and still getting the same error. My original 1TB Hard Drive died and I replaced with a new PNY 240 GB SSD. Error: "Can not get SMART status". "Failed to repair the partition table" System Information: Dell Inspiron 5559 Intel Core i5-6200U Processor Windows 10 Home 64-bit Thanks in advance!
