Inspiron 15 5590, partition not detected by FydeOS

Hi there, recently I was trying to dual boot Windows 11 and FydeOS, but when I opened the multi-boot configuration menu of FydeOS for dual booting, it was unable to detect the partition of my SSD in which I wanted to install FydeOS. And this is not the case with just FydeOS, I tried to dual boot with BlissOS and PrimeOS too, and there also I faced this problem. They were not detecting my partition.

I am thinking it has something to do with Windows OS, but I don't know what to do. Kindly Help me.

[Model Name :- Dell Inspiron 15 5590]

[CPU :- Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10110U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.59 GHz]

[Also, BIOS is UEFI, Secure Boot is disabled, Bitlocker Encryption is disabled, Fast Startup and Hibernation is also disabled]

Hi, Thank for the Reply, FydeOS actually supports UEFI boot.

Can you please tell how can I do that RAID volume thing? Do I have to create a RAID Volume

You need an operating system that supports UEFI boot (since there's no legacy mode on this system).  You also need an OS that supports Intel IRST (RAID) -- since the system will have shipped from Dell with the SSD in RAID (Intel RST) mode.

No -- but short of reconfiguring or reinstalling Windows, you will need the other OS to be able to work with the Intel Rapid Storage (IRST) mode the system currently has, so there will need to be an IRST driver available for that OS.

Some alternative OSes have this support (Ubuntu and others do) -- many do not.  Contact the publisher of your alternative OS to find out.
