Password required while changing boot mode legacy toUEFI (ENTER CURRENT PASSWORD
System - laptop (2013) dell inspiration.
When i tried to install 2 operating system (windows) and (prime os) and i also separated 1 local disk to 2 parts and after that it says no boot device found.
Boot mode is set to legacy
I have 2 operating system but i can only open from UEFI BooT
But it says no boot device found .
I need a password to change boot manager
I don't know why it asks for (enter current password) which password it asking i dont know.while changing boot mode
No Events found!

Appears there is a BIOS password on this used laptop you bought.

@nyc10036 No,BIOS password its it's also confusing to me
When i enter boot mode F12
There is change boot mode setting.
Boot mode is set to lagecy secure boot off.
-UEFI.SECURE BOOT ON
-UEFI secureboot off
When i i click one it asks
ENTER CURRENT PASSWORD.
-its not computer password
-its not bios bios password
-its not admin password cuz it's grayed out on admin password

No idea.
I don't use passwords anywhere except for Windows.
