Please Help Decide - Inspiron 7590 vs 5591

I have already bought this Dell Inspiron 7590 laptop (7000 Series) on $200 discount (Cost $999 without taxes) -

Its with i5 Processor, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB SSD with Intel® Optane Memory™ H10 32 GB. Its yet to complete 1 month of invoice date. Lookswise, its a nice laptop. I only sometimes get annoyed with its Silver bi-lingual (English - French) keyboard.

However, I'm getting tempted with other offer on display now for Inspiron 5591 (5000 Series) on $369 discount (Cost $1079 without taxes) -

This other one is with i7 Processor, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD. So, its a great configuration. It'll come with Black English-only keyboard.

I'm looking only for Personal Casual Use at Home. Won't run any heavy application but looking for long-term decade-long use. I want to be able to upgrade to future Windows version on same laptop so that I don't need to buy a new one. Looks wise, of course, 7590 (7000 Series) is much better.

Please help me decide if I should return back my 7000 series laptop to get 5000 Series one with better config? What are the pros & cons of this?
