This issue might happen due to AC Adaptor non- functionality, so request you to follow the below steps:

(1) Turn on the computer.

(2) Keep tapping F2 key at the Dell Logo, the BIOS screen appears.

(3) At the BIOS screen, scroll down and select ‘POST behavior’.

(4) Now choose’ Adaptor warnings’.

(5) Using the left/right arrow keys select ‘off’ in Adaptor warnings.
