Power mode jumping from Power saver to Balance automatically

Hi All,

Need your help and support, i own a Inspiron 3543, few months back my laptop battery died since then I was using it on direct AC supply, recently i bought a replacement battery after a lot of efforts as. 

Earlier Battery - XCMRD 40 WH

New bought - MR90Y 65 WH. ( I was unable tot get the XCMRD anywhere in the market.

So after installing the new battery, i have seen that the Power options are automatically jumping from Power Saver to Balanced to Dell Recommended after plugging both Battery and AC output to charge it.

I have gone through a lot of Youtube Material and did the following

1) Restoring power settings to default.

2) Bios updated to latest that was available for this machine

3) Uninstalling and installing of Battery drives.

4) Cleaning the touch points of battery and laptop.

5) Selected Balance mode by default, but when i plug in AC input it starts jumping between modes.

Can any one please help with this issue. My daughters schooling is getting affected by it.
