Preparing Automatic Repair

Hello All

Needing your help with my situation. I have been dealing the issue on my laptop, it has been running Windows 10  until the other day my pc won't boot and I have received the error: Preparing automatic repair (In a loop) and goes black screen after.  I searched for a solution for my problem and clicked on this dude problem same as mine. I followed on this solution instructions this man gave him. Like him i didn't get any error message. (p.s. as you see in the pictures). It had successfully passed the test, but still gives the message Preparing automatic repair and black screen.

My lap top model Dell Inspiron 15R-5537.

Please help to fix my laptop.

Would appreciate your assistance!1.jpg49900335_737127333337382_9161169928177319936_n.jpg50015956_201983853999116_4041369410114420736_n.jpg

I would recommend not posting a picture with your service tag visible, for you own safety and security.

As for the problem you are having. Following are 2 videos that should help bring your system back to normal.

I had his issue. I fixed it by reinstalling windows... On another PC, goto dell.com and download the dell os recovery tool. Plug in a usb, then Run it, click "another pc", enter your service tag, and windows 10.

Impractical, but thats all my knowledge on this situation.
