Problem with INSPIRON 5570 starting
When i turn on the Laptop
The message that i have is :
''this computer System,#9S03DQ2-6FF1,is protected by a password authentication system, you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password , please type the system or administrator password''
Can someone help with this please?

You will have to call Dell tech support and after proving you are the registered owner, they can help you access the system.

I'd suggest reseating the battery by following steps below:
1. Remove AC adapter, all peripherals from system.
2. Turn over computer, remove base cover and then battery. Press the 'Power On' button for about 15 seconds and then release.
3. Replace Battery, power on system. Hopefully computer works normally
