Problem with Mobile hotspot

Hi to all!

I' m facing an issue related to the connection of my laptop to my iPhone hotspot. Your help would be invaluable.

My laptop is Dell Inspiron 5000 2in1 running on Windows 11 x 64-bit and my iPhone is SE 2 Generation. All drivers, Windows Updates, apps, and the BIOS from the Windows Store of my laptop are updated as well as are all software and apps updates of my iPhone. The Dell most times does not even show my phone on the Wi-fi available networks. Sometimes it works when I restore the network settings first on the Dell and then restart the laptop, and then do the same on the iPhone and it restarts. I have contacted Dell support, Microsoft support, and Apple support. All have suggested similar things (network reset) but this did not help. Dell support has then changed my network card , did internal cleaning of the laptop and applied thermal paste to the processor but these also did not help. And after all that Dell support told me that they solve connectivity issues on priority based on the frequency of an issue! I did not find this answer acceptable (and I hope neither do you), and even so for such a successful company!

Does anyone have a similar issue? And/Or can give me any advice? Please help!!!
