Problem with my stylus and palm

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my Inspiron 7591 2-in-1 and with my active pen PN350M.

It works well but only when i put my palm on the screen. The pen isn't detected unless i put my palm next to it. So it's very annoying, i can't use it to browse a page or just to draw without putting my palm on the screen. If anyone have some help i would really appreciate.

I might think that this is a problem with the screen and not with the pen but i'm not sure.
