You could install Windows 32 bit but if you have more than 4GB of RAM, only 4 GB will be used as that is a 32 bit restriction. You can download Windows 10 from the MS site here and clean install Windows 10 64 bit.
Thanks for the reply. I did what you've mentioned and also have spoken to microsoft directly and apparently the computer itself is beyond help with the issues that it has. I just decided to purchase a new one instead.
