Ram upgrade
I have a inspierion 15 that I opened up so I can figure out what type of card to get and it only had 1 slot with a 4 gig card in it which is strange because I figured it would have 2 I was just wondering if it is possible to upgrade it beyond 4 gigabytes or is that the limit

There should be a label on the bottom of the system (or if the system is old enough to have a removeable battery, under the battery).
You can also look up the model number using the service tag (bottom label) at dell.com/support

Most likely the answer is no, but we'll need the exact model number (on the setup screen -- F2 at powerup) to tell you.
Is it an Inspiron 3541, 3552, etc.
