Recovery Images 7 diff files?
When I enter my Inspiron 7773 Service Tag, the Recovery Images section offers 7 different files all different sizes with no descriptions or explanations for why there are multiple Images at all.
Why?

So far all I've gotten is a useless string of emails from a Virtual agent who refuses to help because my warranty is up.
Hey Dell!
Your web site .
Why give me seven different Recovery Image files and NO help on why there are so many, or what's the difference?
This is not a warranty issue and I can't spend 8 hours times 7 files to download and try them all just to find out if ANY might work.

I assume your system came with Win 10.. If so, have you tried making a Win 10 recovery drive. It will create an image of your current install, on the fly, and include access to the OEM software and tools.
This type of drive can be used as a factory reset recovery, or I believe it will keep some of your personal stuff but not all so watch that.

That won't work for me since the SSD flat out died. It didn't even last 2 and a half years.
I must have a Recovery Image to start from scratch. But which one when the only diff is the sizes?
I can't understand how a lousy download website design has to be my fault instead of Dell's. They were perfectly happy to take my money, no question about that.

You always have the option to download Win 10 and install to a clean new drive. You will not have the OEM software but if the system is older, it may not be available anyway..
If you used your Service Tag, and don't show it here, the recovery images should be limited to your specific system, although many systems do not have recovery images that came with Win 10 installed..
Otherwise, I can't tell you which image you should use but maybe a moderator that can check, will show up.

@k handzik
Just do a clean installation of Windows 10 using USB created with Media Creation Tool on a working PC.
