I own Inspiron 5458. Bought in Singapore & being used in India. Last week I encountered following message when i start the laptop on blue screen -

RECOVERY

The OS couldn't be located because the kernel is missing or contains errors

File:\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

error code: 0xc0000221

Press Enter

Press F1

Press F8

Press Esc

None of these options work! The service center advises to take the laptop to Vendor in Singapore!

Can someone help please.
