It is trying to Reload a driver that was already installed. Either Dell is asleep at the wheel or recent updates from Microsoft removed the install information. There is a new release from Intel

Network Adapter
Update driver
Search Automatically for driver on the Web

Hopefully it will end the Notice from Dell
