Refund Battery Request or Resend New Battery
Hi Support,
i buy a Dell laptop battery(Standerd Rechargeable Li-ion Battery 40Wv) at last year 7th may 2019 from a shop in PVR Systems S.d Road, Secundrabad-03.
Laptop Battery Dell (ORG)
HSN/SAC : 85078000
Type: M5Y1K (14.8V)
Till now its has never worked, It looks a product defect. i am tried so many time to get support from shop but no support from shop. i have attached my invoices xerox copy and images, please check it and you should refund me or explain to me the way out.

Before you go accusing any company of "SCAMMING" you better get your story correct.
Are you a representative of Dell and are you willing to take responsibility for any liability???
The only scam is your representing that anyone else other than Dell selling a battery is a scammer.
As always you never research anything.

If the shop will not accept a return or exchange then contact them directly.

You were scammed. There are lots of sellers that sell bad or used batteries. Dell batteries must come directly from Dell or Dell Parts. Dell does not have "shops." The only place you can return it is the shop where you bought it.
