I call to the Customer service to apply for DOA and he said that he applied for it and said that if we get the access we will send it to u after u confirm it within 40 days you get your replaced product but it i can't wait for that much time dell team you must do something for it cause 40 days is not a small time

If the system is eligible for replacement, it's also eligible for a refund. Ask for a refund, then purchase a replacement.
Depending on the system model, it can take some time (in other words, if it was a month+ to get this order, it'll be that long even if you order a replacement).
