Remote assist

I was being helped by someone on remote assist and the person helping me just hung up. Took for ever to get someone to help me and then all of a sudden hanging up on me. He didn’t bother to call back or apologize. Very disappointed.

Yeah I was being helped by some person named Kunal. I got to the point that I already downloaded the remote assist app.He gave me a code to connect. Then all of a sudden he hangs the phone up on me.

Are you sure you were actually allowing Dell Support to access your computer or an unknown caller? Change your passwords immediately if you were not connected to Dell. If you have a case number--

You must still be under warranty to get free help from Dell. If you are out of warranty, post problems in the forums for users to help you. Include your model computer and operating system along with a detailed account of the problem.
