Welcome to the Dell Community  @Prakash1957

Activation after replacing the "HDD" should not be a problem.

Activation after replacing a "System Board" is.

How smooth was upgrading  your inspiron N4010 to latest windows10 os.?

Did you need to install some drivers beside straight windows10 os installation?

Was it slow after upgrading to windows10 os?

Was 4GB RAM enough?

Why did you need to replace HDD? - was it insufficient (500GB??) for windows 10?

Just to be safe I would use ShowKeyPlus to acquire all your Product ID for windows. I reality you won't need them still is better to have them than to not.

if at all possible you should clone your old hard drive to your new hard drive,

As long as you can still boot to your old hard drive you can clone, then after the clone run a Repair install to repair any issues. You won't lose and data of programs this way.

If your having windows issue you can repair most issues using DISM tools Ask for more information If you need it our just Google it. Their a MS Window thing not a dell thing.
