Resetting the windows 10 stuck at 88%

Question

Hi, I am using dell Inspiron 14 5000 2 in 1

Configuration -

12 GB ram , 1TB HDD, 256GB SSD , whiskey lake i3, Operating system is on HDD.

I tried to reset OS (on HDD) , first it progressed to 97% and then dragged back to 88% , and now it is stuck there .

How long will it take to resolve itself ?

Now what to do ?

Hope you have a good backup, because it sounds like you will need to re-install windows 10.

Try Supportassist OS Recovery instead  You can access it from F12 > Supportassist OS Recovery
