My first guess would be a loose or defective LCD cable. The service manual here describes procedures. Of course it could also be the screen is having problems. I assume you ran diagnostics (tap F12 immediately at boot) when you say everything was fine. At this point it may be that you need a tech to inspect the screen and cable. You could also try connecting an external monitor and see if that screen is affected when moving the laptop. If it is then the problem lies in the MB/GPU.
