SOLVED! Inspiron N5110 network controller driver problem

Hi, hope that someone may help me with this issue.
I had to re-install Windows 7 Professional 64 bit on my Inspiron N5110 and face big troubles with installing the network drivers. After several tries I am still not able to install the drivers for the network controller - it always shows the yellow triangle in the device manager.

The hardware IDs are
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A&SUBSYS_53258086&REV_34
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A&SUBSYS_53258086
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A&CC_0280

On big issue is Dell driver R312222 which won't be installed. Every time I start the installation routine it tells me, that setup is prepared - and then nothing, the installation window disappears.
I do not know what to do, even Windows update couldn't find a suitable driver. Please help! Thanks a lot in advance!

Have you installed the chipset drivers yet? The IDs you posted are for the Intel Centrino N1030 for sure but some of the others look like chipset drivers. Those should be installed from the Dell support site first.
