Screen and Video Splits

Question

I bought this in December of 2022 and have had issues with my screen from day one. I have two issues with my screen and am hoping others have had similar problems with fixes. Several times a day my screen will go black and the show my taskbar four times on the screen (one taskbar at the bottom, two in the middle, and one on top). If I click on the screen my normal screen will come back and it's more annoying than anything. Is there anyone that has had this issue?    Secondly - when streaming videos my picture will randomly decide to split in to or start scrolling right to left. The only way to get it to stop is to restart the browser (and sometimes I have to restart the whole pc. Anyone know of any fixes for this?

To better assist you, the members and I need the exact model number of your laptop/desktop???

Go into your BIOS.

Power-on the system and start tapping the F2 key to enter System Setup.

In Windows:

Hold down the” Windows “key and tap the “R “key.

Then type msinfo32 and hit enter.
