Screen randomly switch off

Question

Hi there, my inspiron 13 7000 2 in one has a new issue. The screen randomly switch off ( I don’t have any outside device or connection, like USB). The setting for the screen is never switch off during powering on. Just recently, the laptop starts to random switch off ( even if I am using). It happens on frequently     Two days ago, the laptop won’t access to the internet and I tried all other method listed online. Finally I used ipconfig in cmd to fix the problem. However, after restarting the laptop , the laptop starts beeping. I was in my office so I turn it off immediately and didn’t count the frequency. I was able to roughly go through what it said on the screen. It told me some fan problems was detected and I need to repair it ASAP?   Could you help me with these problem. kind regards, lu

run Dell Diagnostics   Since it appears the laptop is under warranty, you will need to contact Dell.

I brought it from JB Hifi. I posted because I want a rough idea before approaching any repairer.

If this laptop still under warranty that’s will be great! Could I know how many years did dell promise?

Are you able to run systems diagnostics?  Try pressing F12 at startup and run the diagnostics to check for a hardware issue.  Make a note of any error messages encountered and post back.
