run Dell Diagnostics
Since it appears the laptop is under warranty, you will need to contact Dell.

I brought it from JB Hifi. I posted because I want a rough idea before approaching any repairer.
If this laptop still under warranty that’s will be great! Could I know how many years did dell promise?

Are you able to run systems diagnostics? Try pressing F12 at startup and run the diagnostics to check for a hardware issue. Make a note of any error messages encountered and post back.
