Screen replacement
I currently own a Dell Inspiron 3576 and I am searching to upgrade the screen with a full HD one. What should I be aware of in buying (please give me further info on the screen's details about its pins and more) and if you have any recommendations? Also if I purchase a touch screen is it going to work?

From what I'm told, upgrading to either a full HD or touchscreen capable display requires replacing the interface cable between the screen & motherboard. The quick and easy option (assuming that you want spend a couple hundred dollars) is to buy a new screen assembly with the display panel that you want and simply switch it out with your existing one.
