Guess again if you think Dell is going to give you a replacement laptop. Not being harsh. It is the reality.

While under warranty, you would need to contact Dell again and send it in again for repair.

I have never seen anything like that.

Looks like you got back an improperly configured laptop.

You need to contact Dell.

I took pictures of what I see upon booting the system. I’ve been unable to find images similar to this on the Internet. Please feel free to delete if any of these contain information pertaining to Dell’s employees.

since I see lot of problems have been posted but no one has replied yet.

Only need to click on the Bios setup option and manually configure your service tag, you can see it in the identification label, you must write and save the correct number because it only allows one time modification
