Shift key sometimes jammed (both at same time)
My shift key sometimes doesnt reply when i press it. I use it everyday, so I really need that. When one doesnt work the other one doesnt too. And when it does, the other key also work. Is it a BIOS or a driver problem? reinstalled driver but still the same. Not the BIOS tho.

You can install an external keyboard for testing. If its shift keys work fine, the issue is with hardware (laptop keyboard), not driver or bios.
If your device is still under warranty, contact Dell support. Keyboard replacement on your system will require to replace the palm-rest as a whole assembly.
