Shutdown randomly
hi,
I am Having Dell Inspiron 3521 - i5 Processor bought at 2013 Now, My Laptop Shutdown Randomly Again and Again , I Don't Know the Exact Problem And Also How To Fix This
Please Clarify Me The Problem and Solution

If there's no error code reported by Dell eSPA Diagnostic, I'd suggest checking the information in link below, hopefully it will be a help to you.

Please run Dell ePSA Preboot Diagnostic to check the hardware within the system by following steps in link below. Report back any error code.
