Sorry help setting up new laptop - error with wireless adapter error 43
i guys , i bought a Dell inspiron from Amazon with Windows 10. I have an error "The intel (R) wireless -AC 9560 adapter is experiencing driver or hardware- related problems" and i have no internet. Network properties say its disconnected. Status not operational. I tried trouble shooter and get the not fixed result. Under device manager it has a yellow triangle and Error code 43. I uninstalled the driver as could not update as no internet, scanned for hardware and re installed the wireless adapter. The networks show up and i try to connect and then it doesn't connect, says verifying and then they all disappeared and i have the same fault ? Not sure what else to try ? many thanks

What exact model computer? Is this a brand new laptop from a reseller or private seller on Amazon? If it is supposed to be brand new be sure to register with Dell for warranty support. You will find out if you have a Dell warranty. Dell does not sell on Amazon. Amazon is a marketplace now. Check the warranty-- https://www.dell.com/support/Assets-Online/us/en/19/registration#/identifyservicetag
Error 43 could mean a bad driver or failed hardware. You might be able to fix this yourself. See this--
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4341212/windows-10-fix-graphics-device-problems-error-code-43
Same procedure applies to all hardware. If you cannot fix this and Dell says it does not have a warranty, consider returning it to the seller or complain to Amazon. Do not post the service tag on this or any public forum.

Use the computer you are using right now to check the warranty of the laptop so you know if there is a warranty. It is important to register even if the card is not working. If you do have a warranty you can contact Dell on Monday for warranty support.
Amazon shows who the seller is in the listing on the right side. It says "sold by..." Keep a record of the seller's name even if Amazon fulfills the order.
Meantime, try this--connect an Ethernet cable from the laptop to your router. See if you can connect to the internet. That skips the wireless. Then you can register and get drivers. https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19?app=drivers
The laptop has a unique model number. You have mentioned just the series number.
