You are probably not installing windows correctly. You have to do a custom clean install which means deleting the partition with the operating system and booting to installation media you made. Use the Create Media Tool and follow the directions to burn an installation disk or thumb drive first. Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Thanks for your reply.

I’ve done all those. The problem is I can’t even reach the installation part. Once the windows logo shows, it just crashes and shows the Stop code: ACPI BIOS ERROR. Even if I fix in a hard disk with windows installed on it, it doesn’t load the windows but rather gives the same error message.

System model please : ?? very important ??

Did you change BIOS to legacy ??

Did you make any change to Sata operation ??

per my experience error only occurs due to incorrect BIOS settings

RESET BIOS (f2) to default and try again.
