Support Assist doesn't work.

Lately, there have been a lot of reports about Support Assist either disappearing, not installing or working.

Please try these commands to see if you are able to launch Support Assist again;

1. Press windows key ( or windows logo) and R key at the same time

2. In Run screen, type CMD, select Ok.

3.Type:

cd C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin

SupportAssistUI.exe Launch

Press enter on keyboard after each commands, hopefully Support Assist launch

If above step doesn't work, uninstall / reinstall Support Assist (Clean Install)

You can do a clean install of Support Assist to see if it will make any difference.Download Revo Uninstaller onto the computer. Revo will uninstall Support Assist and delete all the left over Support Assist Registry.
