Support assistant preventing my computer from starting up

Question

Real quick I have no idea what kind of information you need to solve this so I’m going to give you the information I have.

I haven’t turned my computer on in like several months so it’s been dead for a while. And I tried to turn it on today and it pulled up the support assistant deal, saying that the time and date configuration was wrong, so i was like OK that makes sense it’s been dead forever, and tell it to continue. Then it does this loading deal for 30 seconds. And when it finishes that it makes this really loud beep, and tells me

“hardware scan complete with no issues.

no bootable devices were found! Possible causes could be a corrupt iOS image or a boot device not enabled with bios set up”

and then your only option to press is “shut down”

at the top it says

product name: Inspiron 5567

System BiOS: 1.2.8

Service tag:

ePSA: build 4306.12 UEFI ROM

if I press the shut down button and try and turn my laptop back on it just repeats.

please how do I fix this...

Time-of-day not set or Invalid configuration usually means coin cell battery is failing or disconnected. When this happen, the computer usually will not boot. The fix's is replacing the coin cell battery or reseating it.

Please power off the computer, power on the computer to see if Time of day not set error appears again. If you see it, try booting into the BIOS and then restore BIOS to defaults to see if it will make any difference.

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F2 key continuously until you see BIOS setup

Could you please help me with how long it will take to complete the ePSA preboot system assessment?

Because it's continuously updating and when I press power off button and again on the system it's again opening that ePSA screen

Please help me how to come out of this screen and open my window screen?
