Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1
Support request on
my laptop (purchased with premium support) raised on 4th Oct. No ETa till now. Wanted to check the experience in the community.
Also, the service request number shared with me does not linked to my profile which owns the laptop so that it can be a transparent experience. Why is that?
What is the experience of other users?

Hello,
If you have a supportcontract with dell you should have a phone number that only you (and other customers with premium warranty) can call also you can check the status of service requests here
if you open supportassist hover your mouse on your servicetag and look at what it says under "warranty details"
