SupportAssist OS Recovery Backup Tool

Hi

I have Inspiron 13 5368 2-in-1 running windows 10. After restart, the laptop won't boot... suddenly, boot files missing (Not sure why *-*)

I need my files & I'll restore the system (my only option). I used Dell backup tool but the result was: Archive file 1 KB and BackupHistory XML document file 16,565 KB.

My data size ~135 GB, Should I restore now or there is something wrong ?
