SupportAssist could possibly be killing my bluetooth
I have an Inspirion 5735, I've been having a problem for 6-8 months now, my bluetooth works fine for a month or two, then I notice there is a red triangle next to my bluetooth adapter in the device manager, it continues to work with just a few hiccups, for another few weeks, then it quits connecting. The headset, or mouse or whatever device says it's connected, the pc says (I don't remember exactly) connection unsuccessful, or something went wrong, or device not found, something like that.
At that point it requires me to turn off the bluetooth, then open device manager, and completely uninstall device, including the driver. Redownload the driver, restart the pc, install the driver, restart the pc again, and it will work for a while again.
However, today was the day to go through that headache, but this time it took 7 restarts, downloading the driver 3 times, and a lot of trying to connect and uninstalling the old/new existing driver. Here is where the SupportAssist comes in, I realized it auto-ran last night, and it automatically checks and re-installs drivers. I have no idea if this is my problem, or if this could even cause my problem, but I have only had the SupportAssist auto running for about the same amount of time. This is actually a spare pc, I had retired it to a closet, until a horrible accident (I don't want to talk about it) with my newer laptop.
Could this be causing my problems, or is it probably the adapter itself. Or something else? I need this one to last me another month, I have a new one ordered. I had another small accident and broke the tip of a pair of headphones off in the jack, so I need the bluetooth for any audio I do.

I had just reinstalled the driver from Dell Downloads and Drivers site, next time it acts up, I will try to roll back the driver and see if that works.
